Encourage.
Prioritizing your well-being isn’t always easy. But your well-being and the well-being of your family matters. We believe in connection, in encouraging, in empowering, and in educating to help clients successfully navigate challenges and transitional times. Long-term and short-term therapy are both available, and we will work together to find the best fit for you.
-
Empower.
Parenting is the biggest job you’ll ever have. And while much is expected of parents, not much is provided to prepare and then support parents through their parenthood journey. Whether you are overwhelmed with parenthood or are wanting specific help with a variety of childhood topics (e.g., sleep training, potty training, picky eaters, behavioral difficulties) we are here to help.
-
Educate.
The special education system can be confusing and frustrating. We specialize in consulting on eligibility questions, Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504 plans, and out of district placements. We will help guide you through the process, analyze assessments and educational plans, and provide support in navigating the system to help you obtain the best supports for your child.
